My stay at Embassy Suites in Charlotte was quite a mixed bag. On one hand, the breakfast was excellent, especially Wanda's made-to-order omelets that really made my morning. On the other hand, I faced some major issues with my room not being ready upon check-in, and the staff's response to this was disappointing. Overall, while the hotel has a great vibe and clean facilities, the service didn't quite meet my expectations.

I had a wonderful stay at the Embassy Suites, enjoying the spacious and comfortable rooms as well as the really good breakfast. Wanda's omelets were a highlight, and the attentive service from the staff, especially Mary, made my mornings good. However, I found that the pullout bed in my room was not made up upon arrival, which was slightly inconvenient, and the parking fees were a bit high for my liking.
